Baan Haad Ngam is a very beautiful and charming little resort. At our arriving, they received us with a welcome fruit cocktail, flowers, more fruits and a bottle of champagne (well... good mousseux).
The thing I liked the most about this hotel is the staff. They are very nice. The management must be very good since they all look very happy. The design and the surroundings are also very beautiful. You can see flowers falling from the trees as you walk threw the resort. How romantic is that!
I would definitely go back.
I recommend to rent a motorcycle (just in front or next to the resort). It is very cheap (200 Baths/day – a lot cheaper than the taxi) and very nice and convenient to visit the island. 5 minutes to go to the center.

Nice beach, excellent service "This hotel has a beautiful beach, cozy, lush gardens with waterfall, and incredibly friendly staff. If you get a standard room only, choosing a right location is absolutely essential. Higher is better (3rd floor), since some 1st floor rooms are very dark with unpleasant surroundings (e.g #604). Generally this place does not have a good oceanview from any room, but rooms are very nice and large with great bathrooms, satellite TV, DVD, etc. Restaurant and pool (smaller but never too crowded) are right on the beach with a great view. If you are looking for a quiet, small place, solid 4-star quality and shallow, clean beach, this is the place to be. "

this is what they call boutique "i found this hotel by accident after finish joking, a very little small resort near chaba resort and nora samui. Everything in the resort are really colorful but not so shady. Surrounded with tree and waterfall. Very good atmostphere, i really feel relaxe at this resort. Staff were really freindly and the welcome drink were good taste. Beach are longer than center of chaweng beach but we have to go quite far for swimming. "
